How To Shop Online
Browse products: Once on the website, browse through the various products or categories to find what you're looking for. You can use search bars or filters to narrow down your options.
Select your products: Click on the product/s you want to purchase to view its details, such as description, price, and available variations (if any).
Adding items to your cart: If you decide to buy the product, select the quantity you want and click on the "Add to Cart" button. This action will add the item in your virtual shopping cart. Please note: Adding items to your cart does not reserve those items. Items are only reserved on successful checkout and payment.
Reviewing your cart: After adding items to your cart, you can review its contents by clicking on the cart icon usually located at the top right corner of the webpage. Here, you can make any necessary adjustments, such as updating quantities or removing items.
Proceeding to checkout: Once you're satisfied with the items in your cart, proceed to the checkout page by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
Enter your shipping information: On the checkout page, you'll be prompted to enter your shipping information, including your name, address, and contact details. Ensure that all information is accurate to avoid any delivery issues. Please ensure the contact number and email address are available as they will be used for the delivery process.

Enter your payment information: After selecting the shipping method, you'll need to provide payment information to complete the purchase. This typically involves entering your credit card details or using alternative payment methods like Payfast or Peach Payments, we also allow you to checkout using the EFT method should you wish. Review your order: Before finalising the purchase, take a moment to review your order summary, including the items, quantities, shipping address, and total cost.
Place your order: If everything looks correct, confirm your order by clicking on the "Place Order" or "Complete Purchase" button. This action will initiate the payment process and finalise your transaction.
Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation email containing details such as your order number, items purchased, and estimated delivery date. Keep this email for your records.
Track Your Order: Once your order has shipped you will be able to track your order's status by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on the store's website.
