At The Organic Station, we keep our product prices low and transparent — instead of hiding delivery costs in inflated pricing, we offer a fair and simple delivery fee structure.
We deliver throughout South Africa using reliable couriers and locker-based collection points. Choose the option that suits you best at checkout.
We charge fair delivery fees based on actual courier costs — no markups added.
Delivery Options & Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders over R500 qualify for free delivery via Courier, Pargo, or Bob Box.
- Flat Rate Delivery: Orders under R500 are charged a flat rate of R70 nationwide via Courier, Pargo, or Bob Box.

Do you courier?
Yes, we deliver nationwide using trusted couriers. Deliveries are made to your door on weekdays during business hours.
How long does delivery take?
Cape Town Local: 1–2 business days
Main Centres: 2–4 business days
Regional / Remote: 4–6 business days
Pargo / Bob Box: Usually 2–5 business days depending on your location.
These timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched from our premises.
What are Pargo and Bob Box delivery options?
These are locker-based collection points located at retail partners across South Africa (Clicks, Engen, etc.). They’re great if you’re not home during the day or prefer flexible collection times.
How do I choose Pargo or Bob Box?
Select your preferred option at checkout and follow the prompts to choose a location near you. You’ll receive tracking and a collection PIN once your parcel is ready.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
No, we do not offer warehouse collections. Please select courier, Pargo, or Bob Box at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. If any item has a longer lead time, it will be clearly noted on the product page (e.g. “Ships from us in 3–5 days”).
Do your couriers deliver on weekends?
No. Courier deliveries take place Monday to Friday. If you need weekend collection, we recommend selecting a Pargo or Bob Box location.
Do you allow customer-arranged couriers?
No. All orders must be shipped through our integrated courier system for tracking and safety purposes.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. If you’re in a neighbouring country and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
Do you offer eco-friendly delivery?
Yes! Our packaging is minimal and our locker options (Pargo and Bob Box) help reduce emissions from failed delivery attempts. It’s a small step toward a more sustainable future.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos if needed. We'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Courier delivery requirements & restrictions
- Delivery is to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes)
- Someone must be available to receive the parcel during business hours
- A valid contact number is required
We do not deliver to:
- Farms, plots or mines
- Power stations, military bases
- Airports, harbours, or game reserves
- Hotels, lodges, or chain stores
If your address falls into these areas, please select Pargo or Bob Box instead.
What happens if some items are out of stock?
To keep our prices low, we don’t always keep full stock on hand. Many products are ordered on demand from our suppliers once you place your order.
Each product page will show either:
- “In stock” – usually dispatched within 1–2 business days
- “Normally ships in 6 business days” – product is ordered from a supplier before dispatch
If an item is unavailable or delayed from our supplier, we reserve the right to part-ship your order and follow up with the remaining items later. We will always notify you if this is the case.
