Delivery Options & Rates

We offer straightforward delivery options for your convenience:

• Courier Door-to-Door: Flat rate of R99.00 nationwide.

Courier Door-to-Door Delivery

This is a door-to-door service requiring a physical address (no P.O. boxes). Deliveries occur during business hours, Monday to Friday. Ensure someone is available to accept the parcel, and provide a valid contact number so our courier partners can reach you.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS as soon as your parcel is dispatched, allowing you to follow your order's progress.

Estimated Shipping Times (via Courier)

Shipping times start once your order has been dispatched from our premises:

• Cape Town Local and Surrounds: 2–3 business days
• Main Centres: 2–4 business days
• Regional & Outlying Areas: 4–6 business days

Please Note: The shipping timeframe indicated on each product page refers to how long it takes us to source the product (e.g., "Ships in 5–7 Business Days"). Delivery times mentioned here apply after dispatch.

Delivery Address Requirements

For successful delivery, please ensure the following:

• Accurate and Geolocatable Address: Provide a precise physical address identifiable by GPS or a map. Vague instructions (e.g., "call when nearby") are not accepted.
• Active Contact Number: Supply a valid contact number capable of receiving calls from couriers. This must belong to the person who placed the order.

Delivery Exclusions

Courier services are unavailable for the following locations:

• Plots, farms, mines, military bases, major retail chain stores, power stations, game reserves, lodges, airports, and harbours.

If your address falls into these categories, additional costs for alternate delivery arrangements or returns will be your responsibility.

High-Risk Areas

An additional fee of R60.00 applies for delivery to areas classified by couriers as High-Risk. If delivery to such locations is not possible, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements via courier or Pudo.

Address & Contact Issues

Should parcels be returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, inactive or unreachable contact number, or if no one is available to receive the parcel during delivery hours, you will be liable for any return and redispatch fees.

Failure to comply with the delivery requirements may result in delays and additional charges.
