Directions for Use:
Whole berries or ground allspice can be used in cooking, baking, or seasoning meats, poultry, veggies, and stews. Store in a cool, dry place like a pantry.
Safety Precautions:
When used as a spice in small amounts, it's generally safe.
May slow blood clotting and increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery.
Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before scheduled surgery.
